I GAVE MY WEBSITE A FACELIFT!

When I wrote in August, I mentioned that my Carmony/harmony workshop buddy Libby McLaren had updated her website, and it's really gorgeous thanks to the expertise of Joe Hedges, who I recommended to Libby. I met Joe via email from my brother Graham in 2001. Graham had recommended Joe because I needed a business website for our winery, and at that point I had no experience with website design. For the last 21 years, I've worked remotely with Joe who has lived in Canada, Wales, and currently lives in England. It's kind of unreal how you can have this remote relationship for so long. We joke about meeting face-to-face someday.

Anyway, I so liked Libby's new website that I decided it was time to give mine a facelift (and my newsletter got a new "do", too)! There are still things I might change, but I'm happy with how light it looks. I hope you'll have a look at celiaramsay.com

IT'S HERE – LESSON FIVE!

AT LAST: Lesson Five is available on Celia & Libby's Excellent Harmony Lessons YouTube channel. This lesson offers tips on how you can create your own harmonies by explaining how to "hunt for harmonies", how to use intervals, chords, common tones and some very useful apps. Check it out!

MORE WORKSHOPS?

Also, Libby and I are investigating the possibility of offering our Harmony Singing Workshops again—probably at a location in the East Bay. More news to come on that topic, but we'd offer our three workshops as a series: beginning for folks with no previous experience who are harmony-curious; intermediate for those who've dabbled a bit but want more confidence; and advanced for people who want to create their own harmonies to fit their vocal range. Stay tuned for more news, soon!
